Spot B10 Burpees x 10, Spot I20 Incline Merkins on Coupon, Spot N30 No Surrenders x 30, Spot G40 Gorilla Humpers x 40, Spot O50 Overhead Coupon Press x 50. PAX completed the circuit through BINGO then did one lap around the parking lot. Pax completed 2-3 circuits in time allowed.

thought of the day comes from the under further review process, with a referee looking into a screen under a hoodie. I picture myself peering into the screen, reviewing my life. In the screen is the filter of the seven fruits of the spirit. But what is see is my anger, bitterness, jealousy etc. rather than the fruits. Upon further review, I am not the complete man God made me to be. I need to submit control to the Holy Spirit and let the fruits shine through. Peace, joy, faithfulness, gentleness, patience, kindness and self control are the characteristics of a godly man. Under further review, I have work to do. Thanks for allowing me to lead this am.
