This workout was designed with my words in mind. Most of us would consider Bear crawling a mile impossible, but yet we attempted anyway. This mindset should parallel life. How many things come at us that we may think are impossible to overcome but we try anyway, keep striving, keep moving forward. You may not succeed but you will always be further along. Thanks for allowing me to lead always a pleasure.
