Pax ran from the parking lot to Medina Square “Indian Run” at a torrid sub 10 min mile pace.
Once at the square, pax performed exercises at each corner with increasing reps; 10, 20, 30, 40.
Burpees, merkins, squats and LBC’s. Repeat for 15 minutes.
Ran back (Indian Run) at an even faster sub 9 min mile pace.
No time for 6 MOM and everyone was relieved.
