A Run with Optional Naps

3 participated in the lake run today. They neglected to mention the gnats in the face with my headlamp. They made for a shitty breakfast.

We managed about 3.16  with @Lincoln  leading the way as he was in a hurry to drive to work asap. @Radio  and @Forrest  were nursing some pains and aches to make for a tougher run than expected. Unlike @Lincoln, @Forrest was able to get that post run nap in before work.

Great to see everyone’s progression on the running front.
