The PAX ran 4 laps around the track while carrying a Kettlebell. Fun was had by all .

While scrolling through Facebook, this quote jumped out at me. “You can’t go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are right now and change the ending”. Not sure where the quote originated but I love it and definitely needed to see it yesterday. Let’s put the past in the past and make sure our future does not have the regrets of the past.
