A football field with cardio, BW, & coupons
Conditions were gloomy with occasional mist and circa 37 degreesRecovery was the intention of the day-
The warmup happened at midfield with most of the disclaimers.
Grabbed some coupons and lined up on the north sideline every 5 yards.
We started with 20 coupon presses
Bear crawl to the near hash then crawl bear back to sideline
One arm farmer carry to opposite hash with 10 lawnmowers and return to sideline with opposite arm and 10 lawnmowers
Mosey/run to opposite side line for a beginning count of 10 prison get ups and mosey back to north sideline and repeat routine until prison getups declined to 1 rep.

Recovery – it means something different for all of us. Whether it’s from an injury, a setback or an addiction. We talk about reaching out and supporting one another (thanks @Radio for getting me there today) but we also have to allow ourselves to receive the love each of us have for one another.
