Exercise included a hill run plus manmakers then pulling a card from the F3 Workout Deck. Exercises performed are listed below:
15 four count standing lunges, run the hill complete two manmakers
13 Chuck Norris merkins, run the hill complete two manmakers
25 four count plank jacks, run the hill complete two manmakers
14 Carolina dry dock merkins, run the hill complete two manmakers
Bear crawl the hill, run the hill complete two manmakers
19 low, slow squats, run the hill complete two manmakers

16 hill runs (backwards up and forward down)
17 derkins, run the hill complete two manmakers

6MOM:

each Pax member called out an exercise of their choice to work our core muscles.  Exercises included big boys, flutter kicks, pump the gas, pickle point marches, side plank (x2), side crunch with coupon, etc.
