Stretchy stuff + motivator
We followed each other single file with a block in hand on the track. The person in the front farmer’s carried a block and a 60lb kettlebell while the others farmer’s carried a single block (or mod’d to another type of carry). When the kettlebell dropped we all did a burpee. We each moved up a space in line while the front went to the back and repeated. Each time the burpee count increased by one until we got to 10 where we started with a fresh slate of 1 again.
We each made it through 2x. I think we got a bit over a mile in. Admittedly though I wasn’t paying attention to the distance so who knows 🙂
