Weighted vests/rucks were optional. We played a bunch of playground games:

Red light green light (with lunges)
Broken wheelbarrow races
Tug of war

Plank, Plank, Goose

COT:

My thought of the day was mostly a praise to all of you in helping me to be in the best shape of my life at the age of 40. I wanted to do something fun to remind us of when we were kids.
