Ammo Can Buddy Run

Pax grabbed a buddy, grabbed a coupon aka ammo can and were not allowed to set it down until all clear was called.

We started in the Southwest corner and ran with our buddy and our ammo can to the 4 corners of the field where a different series of exercises waited for us each time we stopped in the corner.

Music was spinning but the wimpy bluetooth speaker was not loud enough to properly motivate us.  Just wait till next time.

The overwhelming power of love,  Bible tells us that love and light can only drive out hate and darkness.  Huey Lewis wrote a great song about it too, so you know it’s true.  I asked the team to read Medal Of Honor stories to truly understand that love is the only emotion capable of a Marine or soldier giving their lives to save their brothers and sisters.  Hate, anger, resentment is not the driving force behind someone running into an active combat zone to save their fellow human.  Love is the only emotion powerful enough to give someone that strength.  If we can see love show itself in the middle of a war,  we can find time to pray to the Lord to fill us with love so we can be a better neighbor to all.  Love you guys,  I truly do, thanks for letting me lead today.
