Workout:

Tabata style to “Bring Sally Up”
One exercises for 8 turns with 20sec on and 10sec off (4min total).

1st round: Merkin
2nd round: Squad
3rd round: Jacknife Crunch
4th round: Quickstep

For the extra kick, keep down position during 10sec off.
Between the rounds, half lap backwards running.

Tabata 45sec on/15sec off
