State Championship Beatdown

The PAX alternated between 100 yard and 200 yard runs on the track. Each corner of the track has an assigned exercise. The PAX had to perform 14 of the assigned exercise before continuing their run.  The exercises were:

Dips
Big Bois
Merkins
Squat jumps
