SSHs x 20, arm circles x 15 (or 14), tappy taps x 10, SSHs x20, turn and bounce, bear squats, merkins x 10, neck circles,
“I can’t feel my legs!” And some upper body work too!
21 style workout with a lunge interlude in the middle of the field. Started with 20 merkins, traversed the field, lunging between the cones and did jump squats on the other side of the field. Repeating each time by doing 1 less merkin and adding a jump squat – always equaling 21. There was an option to switch to bear crawls after reaching 10 merkins.

Prayers for @Turbo co-worker whose husband who recently passed. Prayers for the people of Ukraine and the world-wide implications going forward. My thought from a recent quote I read: “Happiness is not the absence of problems, it’s the ability to deal with them.” Life is a journey of intermittent joy and suffering, so happiness sometimes is the ability to navigate the difficult times.
