100 yd shuttle run with 10 merkins at each 10 yds = 100 merkins
Circled up at midfield and drew 2 cards each from F3Cards face down. Went around circle revealing one card at a time and doing such exercise with card holder leading (future Q training). Went around Pax 2x. Did about 320 SSH, more Merkins of various types, 200 yd sprint, WWII big boys, jump squats, many burpees, karaoke, lateral hip raises, butt kickers, high knees and much more.
We tend to note our accomplishments and achievements by things we have done, we should measure them more by the people we have impacted and God’s work through us and them. Life is about people and loving them, not noting our own self achievements.
