First Time Beat Down

Workout:

Warm up with 2.5 laps of an Indigenous People Run then each grabbed a coupon.
Workout started at the goal line. Murder Bunny every 10 yards then perform exercise listed below then run back to the goal line.

Exercises were:
– 10 Burpees at the 10
– 20 Merkins at the 20
– 30 Big Boys at the 30
– 40 Side-Straddle Hops at the 40
– 50 Squats at the 50
– 40 Side-Straddle Hops at the 40
– 30 Big Boys at the 30
– 20 Merkins at the 20
– 10 Burpees at the 10

At the opposite goal line perform All About the Benjamins exercise (25 curls, 25 OH press, 25 side crunch with coupon each side). Then Murder Bunny 100 yards back.

Ended with a Bob the Builder to the 50-yard line.

COT:

Every person has a bucket. When you do something negative you pull from that person’s bucket and your bucket. If you do something positive for yourself, you are only filling your bucket. If you do something positive for another person, then you fill your bucket and theirs. The world would be exponentially better if everyone tried to fill other people’s buckets. If our group practices this in our community then our community will get better. So as you go through the week try to think of ways you can fill other people’s buckets.
