Ultimate Hillz

After an extended stretch with the PVC pipes, the PAX mosied to grab 5 coupons then met at Northeast corner of endzone. PAX then spit into 2 groups.

PAX 1 started by carrying coupon up the hill while PAX 2 performed an exercise with a coupon and PAX 3 performed an ab exercise (the group of 4 doubled up on the coupon exercised). PAX rotated through all the stations.

Exercises were:
Thrusters – LBC
Curls – flutter kicks
Deadlift – windshield wipers
Squat – plank

We followed up the Beatdown with a 10 minute small field game of Ultimate Frisbee.

‘Every Story Connects with someone’. Oftentimes we do not share our faith because we feel our story is not impactful. But the truth is that God can use anyone’s story to make an impact in The Kingdom. Tell your story, you never know who it may impact.
