Workout:

22 men split up into 4 teams (6-6-5-5) and tried throwing and catching the plastic disc. Much fun was had. @IcyHot extended his win streak.

Phil 1:6 “I am certain that God, who began the good work within you, will continue his work until it is finally finished on the day when Christ Jesus returns”

I have been meditating on this verse lately.

It is great comfort and gives me immense sense of freedom to know that God has started a work in me and will see it to completion – regardless of all the wrong turns I make thinking I am in control.

I feel humbled, thankful and proud because He has given me the agency to take actions, make decisions, try things, enjoy the successes, learn from the pains. Even as He continues His work He asks me to be a net contributor to His work in me and through me.
