Rinse and repeatWe had a frisbee field goal interlude from the 20yd league to earn our way to coffee. After several attempts and some sprints, we got it through the uprights. Let’s hope the Buckeyes find scoring easier today!
In total, we managed 350 merkins and 240 squats.

Message today focused on goal setting. Today, we broke down the merkins and squats into manageable reps and ended up with a nice total. With one month to go on my merkin challenge, I’ve found that breaking each day down to manageable parts helps meet that day’s goal (which is now 560) and consequently that month. Only 17,360 merkins left before the end of 2024. What goals do you have for 2024 and what are you planning for 2025?
