Jack Webb with little baby bricks 1 merkin, and 4 brick overhead presses, 2 merkins and 8 brick overhead presses, up to 12 merkins and 48 brick overhead presses, every third set sprint to 50 yard line and do an exercise and sprint back, exercises included jumping lunges, air squats and burpees. After Jack Webb sprinted to opposite goal line where we found the Sled hiding in the gloom.
