Warm-up:
Neck Rolls, Arm Circles, Michael Phelps, Tappy-Taps, Flamingos, Catcher Pose things. 10-yds each of: lunge walk, high knees, butt kicks, and fast feet.
Workout:
“11s” style workout. Pax performed 1 merkin on the goal line, sprinted to the far goal line, did 10 coupon squats, then jogged back to the opposite 10. Performed 2 Merkins, sprinted 90 yards, 9 coupon squats, jogged to the 20. Repeat until all 100 yards and 11’s have been completed.
After completing 1st & 10, we took the coupons to midfield for 3 sets of the following: 10 overhead presses, 10 Alpos, 10 curls, and 10 dips on the coupons. We finished up with 25 big boys, 25 LBCs, 50-count high plank hold, and 50-count low plank hold.

Thought of the day was about how we limit ourselves by too often not even trying to accomplish what we feel is impossible. Good discussion followed. Look for @Hardware‘s new book in early 2025!
