Started with a half mile run around the track, and then completed 10 sets of the following:
- 5 pull-ups
- 10 merkins on a coupon
- 30 squats
We finished with a 1.5 mile Indian run around the track.
My message for the day is about counting our blessings. My challenge for all of us is to take a few minutes in over the weekend to reflect on the countless ways we’ve all been blessed. Thanks to @Warm-water for continuing the message as we went around the circle and all shared what we’re thankful for.
