COT:

Thoughts this morning are about being present in the moment, its so easy to worry about work and money and forget about the little moments. I took my kids to a park to catch frogs yesterday and was reminded of how much joy they have and I dont want to miss out on it. My sister had a baby this morning and they have the opportunity to just sit in that moment and enjoy their growing family. I prayer that we could all slow down and enjoy the small moments today!
