Warm-up:

SSH, shoulder circles, tappy taps, weed whackers, elephant walks, calf stretches, Flamingos

Workout:

Pax began at the starting line on the 400m track with a light jog for 400m. Pax then performed lunges for 100m, ran the remaining 300m. Pax then performed lunges for 200m, then ran remaining 200m. Pax repeated 100m lunges and 300m run. Total of 400m of lunges. Small amount of broga stretching at the end. Clear.

I severely underestimated how long lunging around the track would take, so altered the plan.

COT:

I learned a great lesson Monday at a Bible study on the idea of self reliance. We are all programmed from TV, movies, books, social media etc to be self sufficient, rely on ourselves. The truth is the more we rely on ourselves, the less we rely on God. He gave us the gifts to achieve all we want to achieve. Let’s rely on Him to get us where we want to be.
