Workout:

Start in center, Run to first corner for 10 Squats, then back to center for 10 reps of HEAVY Exercise with tires! Repeat for all 4 corners then repeat the whole thing for the next HEAVY exercise!
Tire Burpees
Overhead Presses with Tires
BBSUs with Tires
Low Rows with Tires

COT:

F3 has taught me (and is still teaching me) that we can do the hard things. Whether that is getting up early and pushing through a hard beatdown, or getting outside your comfort zone to Q, or just getting through hard days with kids, we can do hard things and it’s good to push ourselves and each other.
