- 150 Imperial Walkers
- Overhead Coupon Hold – each partner does this twice while partner runs
- Agassis – Sprint to 25-yard line (do 2 Burpees) and back…then sprint to 50-yard line (do 4 Burpees) and back

- 150 LBCs
- 150 Chest Presses with Coupon

- 200 Calf Raises
- Half Curl Coupon Hold – each partner does this twice while partner runs
