  • 150 Squats with Coupon
  • Agassis – Sprint to 25-yard line (do 2 Burpees) and back…then sprint to 50-yard line (do 4 Burpees) and back

Dora #2

  • 150 Imperial Walkers
  • Overhead Coupon Hold – each partner does this twice while partner runs
  • Agassis – Sprint to 25-yard line (do 2 Burpees) and back…then sprint to 50-yard line (do 4 Burpees) and back

Dora #3

  • 150 LBCs
  • 150 Chest Presses with Coupon
  • Agassis – Sprint to 25-yard line (do 2 Burpees) and back…then sprint to 50-yard line (do 4 Burpees) and back

Dora #4

  • 200 Calf Raises
  • Half Curl Coupon Hold – each partner does this twice while partner runs
  • Agassis – Sprint to 25-yard line (do 2 Burpees) and back…then sprint to 50-yard line (do 4 Burpees) and back
