I was setting up a workout after taking on this Q yesterday. I looked at it, and thought, this looks like the Beast, so why re-invent the wheel?

As I woke up this morning, March first had me excited. I checked my weather app, and saw sub 30 degree temps, and a feels like of 21. I was suddenly less excited. We are all subject to seasonal dysphoria to some degree. Just keep doing what you’re doing, and get yourself out there! Those beautiful mornings of 55 and 60 are on the way, just keep your nose to the grindstone!
