Workout:

PAX began on the goal line with coupons.  Performed 30 reps of exercise, then traveled to the 20 yard line to perform 20 x Merkins.  Then traveled to the 40 yard line for 30 reps of an exercise.  Mode of travel changed, to include bear crawls, lunge walks, karaoke, side shuffles and moseys, and Merkins always done at the 20 yard line.  Exercises at goal line and 40 yard line included:

  • skull Crushers
  • LBC’s
  • Curls
  • Mtn. Climbers
  • OH Press
  • Flutter Kicks
  • Lawn Mowers
  • SSH’s
  • Squats
  • Chest Press
  • Monkey Humpers

Finished with a plank railroad track down the field and back.
