Warm-up:

•  Neck Rolls
•  Neck down and ups
•  Arm Circles
•  Abe Vigoda
•  Bear Stretch

Workout:

Two exercises per set, PAX began at the goal line, ran to the 10-yard line and performed 10 reps of Exercise A, back to the goal line, then to the 20 yard line to perform 20 Reps of Exercise B, and so forth…Exercise A was odd numbers and Exercise B was even numbers.  Used half of the field (10,20,30,40,30,20,10).  PAX completed 5 sets and the following exercises:

  • Merkins – 160 reps
  • LBC’s – 160 reps
  • Squats – 80 reps
  • Pass the butter – 80 reps
  • Flutter kicks – 80 reps
  • Alternate Lunges – 80 reps
  • Bonnie Blairs – 80 reps
  • Plank holds – 80 count

Finished with 2 x 100-yard sprints

6MOM:

  • 10 Big Boys
  • 20 Zombie crunches (10 per side)

COT:

With me being new to F3, not knowing what to expect, and being WAY out of my comfort zone, this group has been great. It is exactly what I needed and I thank you for letting me be a part of it.
