Warm-up:

  • Motivator (6 down)
  • Necks
  • Arms
  • Turn and bounce
  • Tappy taps
  • Bear to hip stretch

Workout:

Circuit 1: 5 sets
  • 5 burpees
  • 5 alternating lunges
  • 5 blast off merkins
  • 5 burpees
Circuit 2: mosey to bleachers
  • 10 squats both legs on ground
  • 10 squats right leg on first step
  • 10 squats right leg on second step
  • Same series on other leg
  • Then, 10 incline merkins on first row
  • Flip to 10 dips
  • Repeat 4x with reps of 5 instead of 10
Circuit 3: 2 sets (highly modified for time from original plan)
  • 10 (2x high knees/2x butt kickers)
  • 5 (merkins / 4 butt kickers)
  • 5 (plank walk / 4 mt climbers)
  • 5 (plank jack / knee tucks)
