Workout:
Circuit 1: 5 sets
- 5 burpees
- 5 alternating lunges
- 5 blast off merkins
- 5 burpees
Circuit 2: mosey to bleachers
- 10 squats both legs on ground
- 10 squats right leg on first step
- 10 squats right leg on second step
- Same series on other leg
- Then, 10 incline merkins on first row
- Flip to 10 dips
- Repeat 4x with reps of 5 instead of 10
Circuit 3: 2 sets (highly modified for time from original plan)
- 10 (2x high knees/2x butt kickers)
- 5 (merkins / 4 butt kickers)
- 5 (plank walk / 4 mt climbers)
- 5 (plank jack / knee tucks)
