The human brain is not designed for success. It is designed for survival. Survival is about conserving energy. Success is about expanding energy, doing things that are uncomfortable. If you are struggling with procrastination doesn’t mean there is something wrong with you, it more means that you have a health brain. But success is not normal, success is not average, success is not what most people experience. If your aim is success you need to rewire your brain. Literally rewire the neural pathways of your brain.
