Workout:

  • 20 coupon step up/step downs
  • 20 coupon lunges (each leg)
  • 20 coupon LBC’s
  • 20 4ct flutter kicks w/coupon pressed
  • 20 coupon curls
  • Bear crawl to 35yd line pulling block from feet to head each crawl. Alternate arms with each pull.
  • Farmer carry coupon back to goal line.

Rinse and repeat x5

  • Big Boys x14
  • Plank with knee tap x14
  • Triple Triple (3 crunches, 3 heels to heaven) x14
