- 45 LBCs
- 40 Monkey Humpers
- 35 Mmountain Climbers
- 30 Leg Raises
- 25 Squats
- 20 Merkins
- 15 Big Boys
- 10 Jumping Lunges
- 5 Burpees
- 100 yard dash
Repeato dropping the highest rep workout each time. Did a total of 3 rounds which resulted in: 220 SSHs, 90 LBCs, 120 Monkey Humpers, 100 Mountain Climbers (I accidentally swapped those with Leg Raises the second round), 95 Leg Raises, 75 Squats, 60 Merkins, 45 Big Boys, 30 Jumping Lunges, and 15 Burpees.
