Workout:

We partnered up. One PAX, with a coupon, does the exercise while the other runs and returns doing a cardio exercise to take over the exercise reps. Repeat for 50 yds / back peddle, 35 yds / side shuffle and 20 yds / karaoke. Exercises went from top of the body muscles to lower and were as follows:

  • Shoulder presses
  • Lateral raises
  • Curls
  • Incline plank
  • Squats w/ coupon
  • Reverse lunges
  • Calf raises
