Three circuits of constant leg movement:
Circuit 1:
Maintain constant run in place between exercises
- Speed Squats
- Alternating Lunges
- Jump Squats
- Supermans
- Jumping Jacks
For ~12 minutes
Circuit 2:
Stairs. Up, down, over on home end. Up, over, down, over on visitor end.
For ~12 minutes
Circuit 3:
OYO. Constant motion. 20 yards there and back.
- Side shuffles
- Karaoke
- High Knees
- Frog Jumps
- Sprint
For ~12 minutes
