  • 200 overhead presses | rifle carry up / front raises (x20) / rifle carry down
Round 2: Merkinfest
  • 300 merkins | mosey up / clock merkins (5 at each 45º) / mosey down
Round 3: Who needs legs?
  • 400 squats | lunge walk up / monkey humpers (x20) / try not to fall on the way down
