- curls, squats, chest press, scull crushers, LBC’s
- Sprint to 21 yard line and mosey back
- Squat hold or plank till six is in
Round 2: sets of 20
same exercises and sprint to 20
Round 3: sets of 19
- same exercises and sprint to 19
Continue to count down to 1 rep of each
- had to adjust for time – we got through the reps of 6 and did one round of 15 reps to finish
