Two lonely runners, @Shugah @Radio got soaking wet feet, wind blown rain in the face, and a generally miserable run in. I’m not sure what @Shugah got out of it, other than a case of the runs. At least @Radio found out that there are bargains in exercise equipment to be found on FB marketplace. A good 5K+ for @Shugah, @Radio‘s shoulder tightened up at exactly 2.63 again…strange.
