Huge kudos to Butterfest who busted ass last night, running nearly 11 miles with @Forrest and @Evan to show up this morning and get 3 more in with me. He credits cold showers for recovery… but, it takes far beyond that. Great job! Also, hoping @Radio‘s ankle is ok after a battle with a pothole.
