5 guys started off strong down the rail trail…. @Shugah took the lead while @Butterfest exchanged pleasantries for 1/3 of a mile and decide he needed to make the move quick before @Shugah got out of site. @Shugah was definitely well rested from his Bahama mama tour. @Brutus started a nice strong pace while @Radio and @Forrest were pulling the heavy weighted sleds I’m the back. @Radio made it 3/4 mile when all of a sudden  was poking its head out of the shell. Needless to say… The rail trail toilets get a 2 out of 5 star review by @Radio… The 2 was for the well stocked paper.   @Brutus and @Forrest discussed vacations, used cars for the kids, the enormous expense of club soccer, and the incredible endurance growth I can see from @Brutus on the runs. Last but not least… @Cadet did make it out sometime this morning for the run… I can’t account for miles he put in though. The big guys got 4 in , the next group got 3, @Radio found out who number 2 worked for…
