Medina Square

Not much was expected out of the run from the 2 elders who were still sore from some hill running a few days ago…. However we slowly managed to shed the aches and pains and negative split 3 miles. Probably not the best route chosen through the the fairgrounds. As @Snugglebug said… “It smells like shit”. Thanks for hanging with the slow kid! Good run all.
