Workout:

We ran the usual 3 mile cemetery-Guilford course, but switched it up by running it counter clockwise heading down Broadway and finishing up Liberty. The three gazelles @Forrest @Shugah and @Padre confidently navigated the course in reverse and lead the way. @Radio and @Lincoln brought up the rear with a nice easy pace nursing minor wear and tear pains.
