Medina Lake

@Radio for an early start in with a a different kinda Run before arriving.  . Thanks for providing a new means of moving options for the Fun Run.@Donkey @Brutus stuck with the original plan and stuck with the run, presumably the usual 3 mile loop around the lake.@Forrest @Focker @Radio went with a swift walk in the lower loop and then climbed the hill by the lake pump house and walked the path back for 1.86 miles. @Focker @Forrest were game time decisions on the walk based on what their body was telling them . @Radio didn’t approve of the pace we snuck on him. @Forrest complainined about his abdomen pain where @Focker MD diagnosed a hernia problem. We’ll stillck with the my own diagnostic. @Radios right side of his body isn’t working .. I think that’s called paralysis. We’re cheering on the left side to keep the ship upright. @Focker prefers naps over regular sleep hours with his new job.
