Workout:

3 PAX started the run going down Broadway to Union and then back up Court st to pick up @Squealer. He led us down Elmwood to Union and then over to Broadway and back to the square. It was great to see @Squealer attack that run this morning. We managed 3 miles and @Squealer managed about 1 I believe. Great work gents.
