Workout:

Chilly morning to start, but warmed up over the course. @Radio graced us with his bright white legs as he squeezed in 1.7 of shin splinting pain. @Shugah and @Forrest jumped the tracks to beat the for 3.1. @Brutus was in there as well for somewhere in-between. Feels good to breath the cold December air.
