Pre Thang: 10-minute run

The Real Thang: A series of (mostly) isometric exercises. If a short pause is needed, a buyback exercise is performed to get back into the set.

  1. 3-minutes: Slow release merkins / Buyback: 10 burpees
  2. 3-minutes: Squat hold / Buyback: 10 burpees
  3. 3-minutes: Hand press / Buyback: 10 burpees
  4. 3-minutes: Plank / Buyback: 10 burpees
  5. 3-minutes: Split lunge (L) / Buyback: 10 burpees
  6. 3-minutes: Split lunge (R) / Buyback: 10 burpees
  7. 3-minutes: Posterior plank / Buyback: 10 burpees
