Workout:

Round1: Perform 10 Merkins, 1 Burpee or prison get-ups (11’s) at the 10, mosey the remaining 90 yards and mosey back to the 20. Perform 9 Merkins, 2 Burpees or get up, mosey the remaining 80 yards, recover mosey to the 30. Repeat until all 100 yards and 11’s have been completed. Pick up the 6 or plank until remaining PAX complete. Easy mosey back to the original goal line
Round 2: Same as above but replace with Air Squats and LBC’s
Return to the original goal line stopping every 10 yards, alternate between 5 Merkins and 5 Burpee or get-ups’s next 10 yards 5 Air squats and 5 LBC’s.

6MOM:

Circle of pain each Pax picking their core exercise of choice. LBC, heals to heaven, bicycle, cross body crunch, big boys-slow, superman.

COT:

Today is Valentines day, a day we focus on things flowers, chocolates, candle light dinners and other romantic activities. It’s important to celebrate special days. But when it comes to having a strong and healthy relationship with our wives or significant other it’s much more important to get the other stuff right through out the year. It’s much like personal fitness, you can’t work out every once in awhile and expect to be in shape. You need to make the effort most days. Taking time to actively listen, support, encourage, be affectionate on a regular basis.  As I reflect on my own life and relationship with my wife I feel that I do this fairly well much of the time,  but there is still significant room for improvement.
