The F was for Fire Hydrants (obviously). We headed south from the stadium towards union Street and around the HS stopping at each of 5 fire hydrants for 50 total reps at each stop. These were OYO with a requirement to do at least 10 reps of each exercise at each station. Net result was between 50-150 reps of:
- Flutter kicks (4ct)
We gathered at the 1/2 mi mark and did a Welsh dragon up to five. Then did a hard 1/4 mile run to the edge of campus before finishing with a mosey around the neighborhood.
Total mosey was just under 1.5 miles.
The comfort zone is a beautiful place where nothing ever grows.
