Workout:

  • Power Load Box Jumps – X10 (Slow squat first jump, then quick jump X2)
  • Laydown turn around sprints 15 yards – X10
  • Bulgarian Split Squat Iso-Holds – 8 count IC X10 (switch leg after each 8 count)
  • Skater Jumps X10 (each leg)
  • 2 groups – X3 each exercise
    1. Low Plank Hold
    2. Side Shuffle 50 yards and back
  • X-over step sprints – 25 yards X8
