- Laydown turn around sprints 15 yards – X10
- Bulgarian Split Squat Iso-Holds – 8 count IC X10 (switch leg after each 8 count)
- Skater Jumps X10 (each leg)
- 2 groups – X3 each exercise
- Low Plank Hold
- Side Shuffle 50 yards and back
- X-over step sprints – 25 yards X8
