Workout:
4 rounds of 2 sets of exercises. 30sec with a quick switch between the sets. Increased kettlebell weights for subsequent sets 25-30-35-40lbs.
Round 1 – Goblet squatsSquat pulses (30sec each)
Round 2 – Kettlebell swingsSumo deadlift high pulls (30 sec each)
Round 3 – Kettlebell lunges Squat pulses (30 sec each)
Round 4 – Single leg deadlift rightSingle leg deadlift left (30sec each)
*Switch weights every pair of exercises, during each round, so PAX has a chance with the 25-40lbs kettlebells.
Finisher…compliments of@Wall-E45 sec of alternating kettlebell cross-body cleans 15 sec break to switch to the next weight, repeato x4
